Really good stay in the heart of the city
early check-in pleasant staff dinner reservation
The staff was accommodating and helpful. They provided airport transport and arranged for an early check-in, much appreciated after a long journey. The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful, even making a dinner reservation for me (a lovely touch).

It was my first time and wow. andrea welcomed us at reception. Francesco showed us the double room. the room was clean with decor, tidy and space to move around. breakfast had variety of food choices like continental breakfast, coffee and tea. diana greeted us each morning. francesco and valeria helped us with excursion tickets.

my stay was fantastic staff were always on hand assisting with questions i had accommodations were very nice i appreciated the breakfast it was superb the hotel was very clean staff cleaned the room promptly the location proved convenient with proximity to key sites
the room was very noisy this impacted my relaxation at times

the staff at the front desk proved helpful with directions. i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the breakfast each morning offered a wide selection of items.
the air conditioning in my room seemed difficult to regulate. i found the gym a bit smaller than expected. also the elevator was somewhat slow during peak hours.
